Our annual meeting takes place on day one of the Maine Agricultural Trades Show at the Augusta Civic Center -- January 8th in 2013, at 1:30 p.m. in the Piscataquis/Sagadahoc Room.

Members hear reports from Board Members, Staff, and Committee Chairs, vote on proposed amendments to the organization's bylaws, and approve a slate of Board Members for the year. Following the reports, there is a question and answer period.

Aside from the Commissioner's Luncheon, MOFGA's Annual Meeting is the best-attended gathering at the Trades Show. We hope you can join us on January 8th!
