Information for vendors and exhibitors at MOFGA's Common Ground Country Fair

Each year, almost 60,000 visitors travel to the Common Ground Country Fair to exchange knowledge, eat, and shop with our 650-plus vendors and exhibitors.  We invite vendors, speakers and performers to begin preparations with us, apply for booth space and plan your presentations. Our Vendor Commitment

We value and prioritize businesses, farms and organizations with Maine roots, organic practices, and local sourcing. Whether you have been a vendor for many years at our traditional Common Ground Country Fair or think you’d be a great addition to our Fair, we recommend you read the full Fair Guidelines and your specific area guidelines in the directory below before applying.

Space for organizations that provide resources or technical support to farmers and producers.

Farm-to-school programs, school gardens, camps and schools or nonprofit organizations that promote healthy and active lifestyles display their materials and offer hands-on demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Suppliers of products for farms and gardens or farms and homesteads selling agricultural products made with at least 70% materials from their farm.

Vendors exhibiting their animals and selling fiber products made from their farm and 100% from Maine, as well as businesses who cater to small fiber producers and fiber users. Animals displayed as part of educational exhibits include llamas, alpacas, sheep, goats and rabbits.
