Marta Łaszkiewicz – Operations Assistant for MOFGA Certification Services, LLC

Marta Łaszkiewicz is the operations assistant for MOFGA Certification Services (MCS), LLC. She grew up in the suburbs of Pennsylvania and then, at College of the Atlantic, immersed herself in studying natural horsemanship, languages and sustainable energy. Her passion for the environment led her to New Hampshire, where she managed a small farm. When she moved to Waldo County, she began working at Chase Farm and was later hired by MOFGA. Łaszkiewicz is passionate about the environment, local food and farming. She also loves animals, especially her two horses, two cats and two dogs.


Meet Andrew Graham – MOFGA's Community Engagement Coordinator

December 1, 2018 – Andrew Graham, MOFGA’s community engagement coordinator, grew up in Pennsylvania, attended Kimberton Waldorf School from pre-school through grade 12, and in 2004 moved with his family to Vermont. He earned a bachelor’s degree in community and international development from the University of Vermont and then spent two years with AmeriCorps. He moved to Portland, Oregon, in 2011, and lived at an urban farm co-op before moving to Keene, New Hampshire, to attend Antioch University, where he earned a master’s degree in environmental studies. Graham loves to cook and do all things related to food, including growing and processing it. A Quaker, he believes that each of us has a duty to be an ally to people who are suffering and to speak up on behalf of people who are disenfranchised.


Meet Chris Grigsby – Director, MOFGA Certification Services, LLC

June 1, 2018 – Chris Grigsby was born in Waterville and raised in Southern Maine. After college he settled in the Portland area, working for seafood and produce distributors before relocating to the Midcoast with his wife and son and beginning work as general manager at the Belfast Co-op. Moving from retail back to his wholesale roots, Chris joined the team at Crown O' Maine as operations director before joining MOFGA Certification Services (MCS) in December 2016. He and his family homestead in Appleton.
