Join Caleb Goossen, MOFGA's organic crop specialist, to get help figuring out how to prevent pest problems before they arrive – or, if that doesn’t work, deal with those pests using organically-approved methods before they get out of control. Caleb talks about how to exclude pests from your garden, how to figure out what is eating your tomatoes or brussels sprouts, and what to do about it.

As wonderful as this time of year is, it can also be overwhelming to be suddenly faced with more garden produce than your family can eat. That makes it the perfect time to preserve some to eat during the winter months. Long-time homesteader and prolific food preserver June Zellers will share her approaches to preserving garden produce for the winter.
